Taking out water wells, orphan sponsorship and major giving, there is little if any feedback sent to the 80%+ of donors that leaves. Trust and "where did my money go" are the top objections to giving...
Lack of dedicated role
Many charities have a dedicated donor retention person / team whose sole job it is to ideate, coordinate and measure for the purposes of retaining donors.
Orphan sponsorship feedback
The quality and frequency of these is poor and does not meet donor expectations. This is likely to harm their perception of Muslim Hands as a whole.
Lack of data, quantification of the problem

Brand awareness
Brand awareness is low. We have not prioritized brand building meaning awareness of MH has gone down and as such our ability to be at the forefront of donor's minds when they're thinking of giving.
Donor fatigue
Some donors are just there for the short term so it's important to make them feel the impact of their donation so as to ensure continuity of their donation
Log in portal
Bring back the log in portal so donors can see their previous donations

Top 200 donors every year before Ramadan receiving a gift/hamper box like TheHolyLand Dates gift box.
