Brand awareness is low. We have not prioritized brand building meaning awareness of MH has gone down and as such our ability to be at the forefront of donor's minds when they're thinking of giving.

We are looking at investing Fundraising funds into marketing spends such as Sky Ad Smart and out of home advertising, for example buses and lampost banners in high Muslim concentration areas to increase brand awareness in-sha-Allah.

We need a clearer, wider strategy to feed into with mid-long-term brand building and an organisational shift in thinking beyond immediate fundraising/emergencies/impromptu projects. What is our 5 year plan and how does this trickle down into each team?
