Similar to sponsorships, there is harm done not only to donations to the scheme but broader retention through poor quality feedbacks and late feedbacks.

100% I agree. I just submitted a paragraph addressing this very same issue.
One feedback upon completion may not be sufficient. Perhaps donor expects updates similar to a dpd delivery
